Why do you think religion is important in people´s lives?

I think that religios is something very common in humans, maybe even it is in human nature. I really like to think what could happen if we were able to watch the first humans in earth. I think that definetely we would watch how even from the begeining the people would estart to believe in some god. Maybe a fire god or a mother god but i´m very sure it will happend. A lot of earl civilizations have had a main topic in religion.
I defenetly think that we need to know that an important part of the history and culture of our actual times it is very related to religions.

ResponderEliminarI am amazed by your Curiosity and imagination, it has never come to my mind to think how the first humans experienced religions themself. Now I have this kind of “Homer Simpson” caveman adoring some type of strange thing, it’s kinda funny to think of all the strange things they could adore like a god.
Anyway your meditation about how experiencing religion is a “human nature” thing it’s actually really interesting… Maybe this kind of necessity of finding the meaning of things or maybe the meaning of life itself make us try to put a name to the unknown… but who knows right, maybe we are some kind of funny monkey’s who like to adore things for their beauty, like a Cat hahaha, dude, cats are the best, maybe thats my religion… cats and dogs, maybe a raccoon too.

Hii elena! I very much agree with you, you touched on a very interesting point. I really believe that religion is a very important part of history, since ancient times. It is something that has always been a part of people and it is very interesting to know throughout history, since religion is the basis of many things and cultures.
ResponderEliminarYeah! like you said I think religions were born to explain something that we can't, and when the civilisations began to add more knowledge about science, geography or biology they throw this believes away and start to believe in others Gods.

For many people religion is not important. But it cannot be denied that if it has been important and decisive for history.

Hello Elena, I like your blog, I find reason in what you mention when you say that it is something of human nature, and that of ancient civilizations to the state. I don't really know what it is, but if I consider myself religious, I don't think there is a correct question for that.
